What to Expect
Welcome to the about section, to start off, I'm going to talk about what to expect when playing a Pokémon game. The games consist of hours of fun and adventure, that include many quests and various places to explore. You begin your journey as a boy or a girl starting off in their hometown. You then meet the professor of that game who let's you pick from three starter Pokémon, for example, the most well known starter Pokémon are Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur.
As you progess through the game, you level up your Pokémon by battling trainers or wild Pokémon. The goal is to defeat all the gym leaders, earning their badges and completeing the Pokémon League. During that time you can get the chance to obtain a few legendary Pokémon along the way.
Most games also features a multiplayer option, where you can battle your friends!
The World of Pokémon
Pokémon consists of a vast world, full of different Pokémon with differnt types, damage category and status condition.
Pokémon has many places that you can visit and explore within the game, where you can heal your Pokémon and buy items like Poké Balls and health potions. These places include towns, citys and gyms, or forests and caves.
Througout the game, you will encounter many of the famous battles. Battles are a great way to level up your Pokémon and learn new moves, battles can be against wild Pokémon, wether your trying to catch them or level up, trainers, gym leaders, or the antagonists in the game like Team Rocket or your rival.
